Exploration and Expansion Into All That Is Through Meditation
I have recorded a series of meditations by the above title that are on my YouTube channel. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/@tomsteward/streams
The purpose of this series of meditations is to help you gain an increased awareness of who you are as an energy being or spirit, while acquainting you with the vast endless dimensions around you and in you. It is intended that you will apprehend yourself as a being of light who is able to skillfully access a domain of brilliant light that is always present. You will undoubtedly expand your consciousness while moving into a larger Universe(s) of which you are a part, opening you to the greater being that you are.
It is certainly possible that you will interact with beings of light, such as your personal spirit guides, ascended masters, and spirit beings of high vibration. These may be known as angels and archangels, gods and goddesses, as well as your own spirit team and divine council. You may even meet a loved one who has passed on.
During these meditations you may be one of those visual people who sees something, or you may be a sensory person who senses something. You may hear or notice something that you do not normally see in your typical waking consciousness. Be open to any experience and know there is another world waiting for you to enter.
As you become more familiar with these broader dimensions, encountering the Presence of Light in the Divine realm, you will experience key and essential changes in your own being. You will undoubtedly be different, which is often referred to as healing and transformation, as your soul evolves and develops in the predetermined pattern set in motion before you came here. Being in the Light will inevitably result in a change in consciousness.
Of course, these meditations may simply and profoundly help you gain a sense of peace and calm through deeper breathing while being grounding in the present moment via the breath. Whatever you experience will be perfect for you. There may be no “wrong” way to meditate.
Enjoy!
