Resolving Karmic Patterns

My purpose in life is to provide healing and transformation for those in body by dispensing love and light from the higher spiritual realms. I have been a psychotherapist for over thirty years and have worked in many contexts. My aim has been to determine what is occurring or has occurred in people’s lives and then direct them toward a healing encounter.

I have consistently focused on events in the current lifetime, yet over the last couple of years I have begun to explore previous incarnations. This awareness of past lives was a new concept for me because I was raised as a Christian and there was no mention of reincarnation.

As I looked more into this subject, I found that the topic of reincarnation was a belief in early Christianity, yet it was edited out of scripture. Here’s a short video that explains this process, at least in part: https://fb.watch/lg28532sP7/

At first glance, considering additional lives appears to lengthen the playing field in a way that complicates matters. Isn’t there enough in the life you are living to address? If you add another lifetime, and then a few others, and finally many more, this suddenly becomes daunting. It appears to be like looking for a needle in a proverbial haystack.

Oddly enough, I have found this exploration to be more promising than suspected. I use several different modalities in my practice that reveals incidents needing resolution in the current lifetime and other lifetimes. This process has been quite helpful in resolving long standing and stubborn issues, resulting in an exhaustive and permanent healing. In my work with clients, I have unveiled one or two previous lifetimes, and sometimes several past lives.

I am satisfied with this, yet I am left to ponder if there is a way to account for more than a few lifetimes. Is it possible to consolidate all the lifetimes lived, gathering all the issues and concerns represented, to provide an even more thorough and expansive transformation.

I have had experiences that will be detailed in a forthcoming book about Shamanic journeying. In one of these journeys, I had an encounter with the karma from every one of the lifetimes I have ever lived. I was able to determine how many lifetimes I have lived, the number I have had on Earth, and the number I had on other Star Systems. I am not from here, if you would like to know.

I then sought to find a way to calculate the rate of resolution of my karmic patterns. How much of my karma have I resolved throughout time and how much is left to resolve? I was able to determine the rate of resolution of these karmic patterns from all my lives. This was an excellent template for the ongoing evolution of my soul.

During this process I was given a prayer and with the help of many helpers in the divine realm, I prayed this prayer. I reduced my rate of resolution for all the conditions in me that were ready to be healed. Much healing occurred in one meditation that took about twenty minutes!

I offered this healing process to my friends in the weekly meditation group I facilitate. This meditation can be found on my YouTube channel, and I have provided the following link:

Let Miracles Replace All Grievances

Lesson 78 in A Course in Miracles is titled, “Let Miracles Replace All Grievances.” In this lesson it is revealed that there is a choice that is made between a miracle and the grievance.

A grievance is how you choose to respond to what has occurred in your life. Someone may have hurt or wounded you, and your reaction is to hold something against this person. This is the grievance, and “each grievance stands like a dark shield of hate before the miracle it would conceal.” The miracle is the extraordinary function which results from laying aside your grievance as you forgive and come into freedom.
x
I am sure you have been hurt or wounded by another at some point in your life. This is not easily disregarded, and it often takes many years to process through painful experiences. The event or action is one aspect of this encounter, and how you choose to respond with a grievance is your responsibility. Yet in each moment that a grievance is held, dark shadows fall, and precious light is not seen.

How can you lay aside your grievances and return to the light? In this lesson it is this one who has offended you who is your savior and will bring you into the light. It is suggested that you close your eyes, “and as you think of him who grieved you, let your mind be shown the light in him beyond your grievances.” The precise words suggested are as follows:

“Let me behold my savior in this one You have appointed as the one for me to ask to lead me to the holy light in which he stands, that I may join with him.”

The offending person is in the light if you can see them as who they really are, as their true self. The lower self is what remains in the dark shadows. What they have done or left undone may be in the darkness, yet as you focus on the light beyond the dark you will be led toward your own illumination.

This is how the person you hold grievances for becomes your savior, which may be initially hard to grasp. This very encounter with darkness exposes something in you as the grievance is developed. Laying aside the grievance ushers in the light, and you are free.

The following is my paraphrase of the above prayer:

Name of person: ___________________________

Regarding:  ________________________________________________________________________________

As Spirit has appointed this one, the one I have chosen to bring me pain, I seek to lay aside all my grievances regarding what s/he has done or left undone.

I ask to see the light around him/her beyond my grievances, that s/he may be my savior. I am now being led into the holy light in which s/he stands, that I may join him/her there. Remove the dark shield of grievances that I may see the miracle in the light.

I would suggest that you pray the above once, or as many times as necessary. Do this until you can sense the light beyond the darkness, and are able to say that you have:

“Let miracles replace all grievances.”

Developing Dimensional Awareness

Exploration and Expansion Into All That Is Through Meditation

I have recorded a series of meditations by the above title that are on my YouTube channel. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/@tomsteward/streams

The purpose of this series of meditations is to help you gain an increased awareness of who you are as an energy being or spirit, while acquainting you with the vast endless dimensions around you and in you. It is intended that you will apprehend yourself as a being of light who is able to skillfully access a domain of brilliant light that is always present. You will undoubtedly expand your consciousness while moving into a larger Universe(s) of which you are a part, opening you to the greater being that you are.

It is certainly possible that you will interact with beings of light, such as your personal spirit guides, ascended masters, and spirit beings of high vibration. These may be known as angels and archangels, gods and goddesses, as well as your own spirit team and divine council. You may even meet a loved one who has passed on.

During these meditations you may be one of those visual people who sees something, or you may be a sensory person who senses something. You may hear or notice something that you do not normally see in your typical waking consciousness. Be open to any experience and know there is another world waiting for you to enter.

As you become more familiar with these broader dimensions, encountering the Presence of Light in the Divine realm, you will experience key and essential changes in your own being. You will undoubtedly be different, which is often referred to as healing and transformation, as your soul evolves and develops in the predetermined pattern set in motion before you came here. Being in the Light will inevitably result in a change in consciousness.

Of course, these meditations may simply and profoundly help you gain a sense of peace and calm through deeper breathing while being grounding in the present moment via the breath. Whatever you experience will be perfect for you. There may be no “wrong” way to meditate.

Enjoy!

Why Meditate?

I am sure you have noticed the mounting stress and emotional overwhelm that many are experiencing. Beyond the cavalcade or steady drip of emotions that greet us each day, we also have emotions from long ago that have been suppressed and live inside of us.

Research science has revealed that repressed emotions, those experiences we have not skillfully regulated, can alter biochemistry when lodged in the body's cellular structure. Unprocessed emotions release into the bloodstream a quantifiable chemical reaction that travels to cell receptors and shuts them down. These cells are then unable to communicate to the cells in other parts of the body. These blocked cells are one of the ways that we have begun to understand how illness is initiated in the body.

With these unprocessed emotional clumps inside of us, what we are often left with is a dull ache or angst. These are often referred to as anxiety or depression or anger, etc., and can be quite troublesome. It is no wonder we drink, or drug, or overeat, or engage in behaviors that are an attempt to ease the distress. It is also easy to see why we have emotions that run amuck and emerge from us at the most inopportune times.

With meditation we come to recognize the particular conditions of our lives and the emotional experiences that have their origin in the present or past or both. We approach what is happening in our lives, without pushing it away, and we gain support and encouragement from others that we may be with.

In meditation, we breathe deeply, to the belly, as we take the time. We anchor in the present moment via the breath to have an encounter with our deeper selves, beneath the pain. We breathe in and through our emotional states to dissolve the intensity of our various processes that were initiated consciously or unconsciously. We move beyond surface structures to the peace that is in all of us in our True Nature's center.

I hope this helps and encourages you to continue or begin a meditation practice. Peace to you.

Quantum Entanglement and Meditation

The first week in October is always an exciting time as the Nobel committee hands out their awards. This last October the prize for Physiology or Medicine was awarded to Svante Paabo for work in the area of "genomic studies of extinct humans including the discovery of previously unknown types of human ancestors" to assist us in understanding human evolution.

Today the prize in Physics was awarded to the following individuals as reflected in this opening statement from the Nobel Committee:

"The physicists Alain Aspect, John Clauser and Anton Zeilinger have won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics for experiments that proved the profoundly strange quantum nature of reality. Their experiments collectively established the existence of a bizarre quantum phenomenon known as entanglement, where two widely separated particles appear to share information despite having no conceivable way of communicating."

Consider reading this short article from the Committee:

Einstein did not like the idea of Quantum Entanglement and called it "spooky action at a distance." He was at odds with certain pioneers of Quantum Mechanics like Niels Bohr and Erwin Schrödinger. Recall Schrödinger's cat. Then fast forward to the work of the above-mentioned researchers and we now know that there is a quantum connection between two separate entangled particles in faraway locations.

What this means for us is that we can just go right ahead and continue meditating in the way that we do. In so doing we recognize that we can enter the quantum realm through our imaginations and the deeper brain states of mindfulness. As we raise our vibrations and enter higher dimensional states with high frequency energy flowing through us, we establish a connection, an entanglement, with realities that are not apprehended in the brain states of normal waking consciousness.

We go deeper, and are farther in, and the multidimensional infinite universe opens up to us. The two far away properties, consciousness here and consciousness "there," become linked. This is true whether we realize it or not, no matter what our conscious minds may be processing, We may simply feel a calmness and peace, nothing more, nothing less. Isn't that enough? Keep this in mind as you meditate.
